SHIPPING, TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING:

In-Stock items: To determine the date we'll ship your order, allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

A notification email will be sent when your order has completed processing and is in shipping.

Therefore, Next Day Shipping will get your package to you the day after the processing is complete.

Out of stock, specialty items, backorders, or preorders, will be shipped when available. If an order contains one of these items, the entire order will be held until the backordered item is in stock. To insure all ordered items arrive in a timely manner, separate orders should be made for all out of stock, specialty, backorder, and preorder items.

We are now offering FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery options. FedEx Ground delivers to commercial and residential addresses Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. FedEx Home Delivery delivers to residential addresses, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Shipping options available to customers vary due to the location, weight and size of package.


RETURNS:

Returns are accepted only for defective materials within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Virtue Posters, Get Reel and Virtue packs are not eligible for return unless defective.

Please request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for all defective items being returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to any items returned to inventory.
