The Essence of Orange is a resource to: generate healthy discussions within your church; engage staff with dynamic vision casting; and involve leaders in rethinking the design of your church.
To leaders in the church, the Essence of Orange is primarily about two things–partnership and change. Simply put, yellow combined with red produces a more vibrant and visible result, orange. The DVD is designed for leaders who believe that “two combined influences will make a greater impact than two influences.” Many leaders have discovered by working together strategically and implementing a shared plan with the family they can have a greater impact on the next generation. The Essence of Orange suggests that today’s church is losing ground and it examines some of the radical changes leaders should consider if they hope to gain influence in their community and culture.
Nine leaders from various churches met with Reggie Joiner outside of Atlanta in the historic Holly Theater to talk about issues related to reaching the next generation. This informal setting produces six teaching sessions that combined are The Essence of Orange. Now, your team can be a part of these informative discussions. Each session is followed by an interactive Q&A with church leaders that can be used to generate creative, honest discussion with your church staff.
