Return Policies

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted only for defective materials within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

All Posters, Get Reel, Virtue packs and Cue Boxes are not eligible for return unless defective.

Please request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for all defective items being returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to any items returned to inventory.
