This issue of YouLead focuses on being an INVESTED LEADER. Being an invested leader is more than running meetings well, juggling ministry programs, and making sure the bases are covered week in and week out. An invested leader creates environments for growth, knows their team members personally, and educates potential leaders on important church-specific principles. During this month’s focus on invested leaders, we hope that you will take away important principles you can implement for developing those around you.
