What’s your IF ONLY? Every one of us has one, or two, or a hundred different scenarios in which we would do or don’t do, say or don’t say something differently. That e-mail we wish we wouldn’t have sent. Those words that we wished we would have never said. That relationship that we should have never had. We all have regrets, things we would do differently if given the chance. So if life inevitably brings those IF ONLY moments, how do we handle the regrets that haunt us? How can we turn the IF ONLYs from our past decisions into something more, something that will help us and others today?

There are two videos for the If Only series: a bumper video and a session video.
Bumper Video: If Only (0:51)
This bumper video is to be used during each session before the communicator. This video is intended to set up the series and to be part of your overall environment for If Only.
Session Video: “Rewind” (Session one) (1:27)
This session video is a humorous take on regret showing an embarrassing moment. The video is intended to be shown during the Introduction section of the teaching script for Session 1.
